Please arrive to your appointment on time. Failure to do so may result in your service being adjusted to suit the remaining time (you will be charged for the full booked service) or rescheduled.

Park in one of the spaces with our name on, on the left as you drive in (the two closest to the building are ours).
Please do not park in any other spaces as these no longer belong to us.

Please attend your appointment alone as we have restricted space.

Please keep noise from devices to a minimum. We make every effort to create a calm and relaxing space for everyone to enjoy.

Any adjustments to your colour are complementary within 7 business days of having your colour performed. Any adjustments made after 7 business days will be charged as a new service.

If you change your service type within 48hrs of your appointment, you will be required to pay for the original booking charge (eg. you booked a full head of foils but changed your mind to only have a half head).

I only perform chemical services on hair that I feel is healthy enough to be altered by professional chemicals.
If there is a build up present on the hair or previous unprofessional quality products used, a detox must be performed before the use of any chemical. This is an extra service and an extra charge.

I do not take any liability of any outcome if you do not disclose all information when I consult with you before your appointment or when asked in salon about your current routine or products used that could affect the outcome.

All services MUST be paid for before leaving the salon. My methods of payment include Cash, EFTPOS or Bank Transfer.

I do not provide refunds under any circumstance on any salon service performed.

I reserve the right to adjust my service and product prices at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated with a minimum of 24-hours notice via text or email.
Cancellations outside this time frame will be charged 50% of the booked appointment price.
No shows will be charged 100% of their booked service.
